Garmin Vivoactive 3, has a heart rate monitor. The watch is in working condition, but the touchscreen is not working. The measured parameters, e.g. steps, heart rate, sleep, can still be tracked through the app. Purchased in Germany in 2019. Can be used either as a regular watch or for spare parts. Price 25€.
